The Youth Leadership Pathway Program by Learners Today, Leaders Tomorrow is designed to develop essential 21st Century Leadership skills in young people. The program combines after school activities and outdoor education to help youth develop emotional management, empathy, teamwork, responsibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
